Regvox collects the following information when you use our service:

• Account information: Email address, name, hashed password
• Business information: Business name, address, EIN (Employer Identification Number), officer name, SIC code, phone number
• Usage data: Prep sheets generated, reminder preferences, feature interactions
• Payment information: Processed by Stripe — we do not store credit card numbers

2. How We Use Your Information

Regvox processes your business information solely for D-U-N-S^® Number application preparation. We use your information to:

• Generate Prep Sheets for your D-U-N-S application
• Pre-validate your business information for completeness and formatting
• Send status reminder emails at your request
• Process payments via Stripe
• Improve our service based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns

3. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with Dun & Bradstreet or any third party except:

• Stripe: For payment processing only
• Email provider: For sending reminder emails (subject, recipient, and email body only)
• Legal compliance: If required by law, court order, or government regulation

4. Data Retention

Business information entered into Prep Sheets is retained for 90 days after creation, after which it is permanently deleted. Account information (email, name) is retained for the lifetime of your account.

5. Your Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
• Delete your personal information
• Opt-out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
• Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

To exercise your right to deletion, use the account deletion feature in your dashboard settings, or contact us at [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 45 days.

6. Cookies

Regvox uses a single session cookie (regvox_session) for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party cookies.

7. Security

We protect your information using industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and access controls. EIN and other sensitive business data is stored in an encrypted database.
